2. All customer service issues will be dealt with within 48-hours if addressed to: team@festellevideodistribution.com

3. If for any reason the product purchased does not meet the standards described on this site or on any other Festelle literature, we will refund your purchase price in full. Should you wish to cancel your order before it is despatched you can do so with no charge. All transactions will take place under English law and your statutory rights are not affected by this clause.

4. Goods will normally be despatched within 48-hours to all worldwide addresses. If it is not legal for you to receive the products in your country you must inform us before despatch and sign an indemnity document. Goods will be despatched by first class or international air mail as standard - upgrades to shipping are available in the checkout process. Should there be any delay in despatch due to circumstances beyond our control we will notify you by email within 48-hours of purchase.
